Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not constitute acceptance. An order is deemed accepted only after payment is successfully processed and the order is confirmed by Ashlesha Rangriti.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon dispatch to the courier partner.

No Return / No Exchange / No Refund

All sales made on Ashlesha Rangriti are final. We follow a strict no return, no exchange, and no refund policy, except in cases where the product delivered is damaged or materially incorrect.

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof (images/videos). Claims raised beyond this period will not be entertained.

Limitation of Liability

Ashlesha Rangriti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

Force Majeure

Ashlesha Rangriti shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or logistical disruptions.
