Return and Refund Policy
At Ashlesha Rangriti, each product is curated and packaged with utmost care. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Return / No Exchange / No Refund
All products sold on Ashlesha Rangriti are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
An exception is made only if the product delivered is:
- Physically damaged at the time of delivery, or
- Materially different from the product ordered
In such cases, the customer must notify Ashlesha Rangriti within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with:
- Clear unboxing photos and/or videos
- Order ID and registered contact details
Claims raised after 48 hours or without sufficient proof shall not be accepted.
Verification & Resolution
All claims are subject to internal verification. Upon successful verification, Ashlesha Rangriti may, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the product, or
- Issue a refund to the original payment method
The mode of resolution shall be determined exclusively by Ashlesha Rangriti.
Non-Eligible Cases
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:
• Minor variations in color, texture, or design due to photography, lighting, or screen resolution
• Personal preferences or change of mind
• Incorrect size selection by the customer
• Delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Final Authority
Ashlesha Rangriti reserves the right to accept or reject any claim at its sole discretion. The decision of Ashlesha Rangriti shall be final and binding.
